At PhysioNXT, our team of experienced physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, remedial massage therapists, and allied health assistants specialise in both musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. We are committed to providing individualised, evidence-based care for people living with injuries, chronic conditions, and disabilities, including NDIS participants.
We understand that no two clients are the same. That’s why we create holistic rehabilitation programs tailored to your goals—whether you're recovering from back pain, stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s, MS, or looking to improve your mobility and independence.
Our mission is deeply inspired by our Client Ambassador, Kim A, who lives with a spinal cord injury and uses a wheelchair. As a recipient of our physiotherapy and neurological rehab services, Kim’s journey reflects our founding purpose: to challenge the status quo and provide progressive, person-centred rehabilitation options that truly empower people to live well. Her experience—frustration with limited and impersonal rehab pathways—sparked the vision for PhysioNXT. Today, that vision drives everything we do.

At PhysioNXT, our values guide everything we do—from how we support our clients to how we work together as a team. We believe in building meaningful, results-driven relationships through holistic care and innovation.
We lead with empathy and listen with intention. Every client’s journey is unique, and we’re here to support you with respect, dignity, and kindness at every stage of your rehabilitation.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution in healthcare. We tailor every physio, massage, and exercise program to suit your individual goals, lifestyle, and functional needs—whether you're managing pain, disability, or recovery.
We work together across disciplines—physiotherapy, exercise physiology, remedial massage, and allied health—to deliver truly integrated care. We also partner closely with families, support coordinators, plan managers, and other healthcare providers.
We stay at the forefront of evidence-based practice, innovation, and continuous education. From traditional therapy to robotic-assisted gait training, we offer leading solutions to help you achieve your best outcome.
We welcome people of all abilities, cultures, and backgrounds. Our clinic is physically accessible, culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and NDIS-ready—offering mobile, in-clinic, and telehealth options across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
We empower both our clients and our team to grow. Whether it’s learning a new skill, achieving a rehab goal, or supporting career development—we foster an environment where progress is celebrated and potential is unlocked.
